Our nightly rate moves with the season and how far out you book — graduation weekends price differently than a quiet Tuesday in February. Check live rates and availability below.
Booking through us skips the platform service fee, and we can discount in ways the listing sites won’t let us. If you found us on Airbnb or VRBO, book here instead and we’ll do better on the price.

- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets. We keep this house allergy-safe for every guest who comes through, so we hold the line on it — a pet in the home is a $250 non-refundable fee and an end to the stay.
