Aviator Loft is located at 4148 Candlewood Dr, Wichita Falls, TX—just 18 minutes from the ENJJPT building at Sheppard AFB, 14 minutes from downtown, and within 10 minutes of multiple shopping and dining options.

How far is the home from Sheppard AFB?

The Loft is about a 15–18 minute drive to Sheppard’s training facilities. Many students carpool or rideshare from the house.

What’s included in my stay?

Yes. Aviator Loft provides official lodging receipts showing nightly rate, taxes (if applicable), and total charges for TDY reimbursement.

What if the house is full?

If all five bedrooms are booked, we work with overflow guests to secure hotel accommodations nearby at no extra cost to you until a room opens.

Who cleans and maintains the property?

A professional cleaning service visits weekly, and lawn care is handled bi-weekly. Tenants are expected to maintain personal cleanliness in shared spaces.

Can I cook my own meals?

Yes. The home has a full kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Plus, there’s a grill outside for shared use.

Is it a quiet place to study/rest?

Yes. Aviator Loft is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, designed as an oasis away from base—perfect for unwinding after a long day of training.

How do I book a room?

Contact us directly through our website booking form or email. Once we confirm availability, you’ll sign a digital rental agreement and receive check-in details.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes. Guests receive $250 for every referral that results in a new tenant booking a stay.
